U12/U14 Power Skating (August 2023)
Get a jump-start on the 2023/24 ringette season and beat the heat at the same time! This August, join Coach John Lighthall along with guest instructors John MacWilliams and Todd Landon, for a 5-session power skating program at the HRM 4Pad! This program will help players to develop their stride, speed, quickness, balance, stopping, and pivoting skills and is aimed at players entering into U12 and U14 (birth years 2010-2013) in the 2023/24 season.
All sessions will take place on the following Thursdays, 6:15pm @ HRM 4Pad (BMO Centre):
