2026-27 Registration for all age groups is now open!
Win your registration! One early bird registration prize draw will take place for players (skaters and goalies) who register with the Halifax Hurricanes Ringette Association by August 1st, 2026. This applies to all athletes from Active Start to U19 and also 18+.
Children's Ringette: Active Start, Fun 1, Fun 2 and U10 is now open. For more details about these programs, visit our Children's Ringette page and Children's Ringette Guide before registering to learn which is the best level for your child.
U12, U14, U16, U19, and 18+ Ringette registration is now open (launched July 20, 2026).
More registration details will be sent by email and promoted on our Facebook page and on the News page of our website in the coming days. Feel free to share this information with fellow skaters and ice lovers in your neighbourhood.

A few notes about registration:
- Generally, registration fees have increased due to an increase in ice costs in the Municipality.
- U19 registration fees have increased more significantly this year over last year. Included in the registration fees this year is 1 hour of shared practice ice per week and 1 hour of home game ice per week.
- All players should register in the age level related to your birth year as outlined in the RAMP REGISTRATION system:
- An Athlete Movement Request Form for any requests for players to play in an age group different from their actual birth year would be submitted after first registering in their birth year level.
- Discounts: HHRA is pleased to offer the following discounts for the 2026-2027 ringette season. Please note that all players must be registered at the same time and only one code per family may be used (i.e., either Family Discount or New Player - but not both). If a promo code is used in error, the Registrar will reach out directly to balance the account prior to the start of season.
- Family Discount (two players): $50. Use Promo Code ‘Family1’
- Family Discount (three + players): $100. Use Promo Code ‘Family2’
- New Player Discount (brand new to Ringette): 10%. Use Promo Code 'NewPlayer'
- Gear Rental for new FUNdamentals players is available on a first come first served basis. Choose gear rental during registration on RAMP Registration.

- New players: The Central Region Ringette League Boundary Map (google map) shows the geographic area of each association.
Registration Fees:
- Halifax Hurricanes Rates and Fees are set in the 21.0 Rates and Fees Policy
- Registration fees are payable in 4 installments (at registration, September 15, October 15 and November 15) by Credit Card through RAMP Registration.

OPTIONAL Jersey Replacement Package
First-year U12 athletes and new athletes at older levels, receive a set of personalized jerseys. Returning players needing replacement of lost, damaged, or mis-sized jerseys must purchase them through the RAMP Registration system as a package** Please purchase this package as soon as possible to allow enough time for sizing and ordering jerseys.

FUN2 or U10 - Optional Equipment Rental (full season October 2026-March 2027)
Cost: $100
Active Start or FUN1 - Optional Equipment Rental (1/2 season October - December 2026)
Cost: $50
